Regardless of whether you are a long-time client or are reading information on our website for the very first time, we are 100% committed to keeping the information you give to us as secure as possible.

Information that is gathered on this website

The only information we collect about you when you are visiting our website is information that you freely provide to us when purchasing or signing up for a continuing education course, education event, or “season pass” or voluntarily signing up for our mailing list. You may be asked for information that is necessary to complete the transaction and register you for the live event or online webinar, such as your name, address, zip code, phone number, email address, employer, and insurance license number. We never ask for your Social Security number on this website. We also will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to anyone outside of our company.

List of Season Pass Holders

While we will not disclose your contact information or other personal information, we may publish a list of our season pass holders on the website. This is done to help attendees determine whether they have a season pass or not. Yes, we do receive the question a lot from agents who cannot remember if they’ve purchased a season pass or don’t know if their company signed them up. If you would prefer that your name not be included on a public-facing list, just let us know and we’ll be happy to remove it.
