4. Prior Guidance on the Application of Code §§ 36B and 5000A

Section 36B of the Code allows a premium tax credit to certain taxpayers who enroll (or whose family members enroll) in a qualified health plan (QHP) through an Affordable Insurance Exchange (referred to in this Technical Release as an Exchange, and also referred to in other published guidance as a Marketplace) star wars das erwachen der macht kostenlos downloaden.
